After completing Midnight Mandalas: A 100 Day Project, I continued the practice as my artistic voice grew in both intensity and complexity. The work evolved through shifting color palettes, changing subject matter, and new ways of interpreting mood and place, while always returning to the repetition and symmetry that anchor each mandala. Along the way, I began introducing disruptors—unexpected elements that move against the established rhythm, creating moments of tension, surprise, and transformation. Together, these works continue an evolving visual journal, exploring not only the landscapes around me, but the emotional weather within them.
